When the fabric arrives at the plant is weight, in order to see if the weight is according to the correct one.

Afterwards we make the quilting i.e. we sew the outside fabric with the insulation and lining all three together. After quilting is sent to the cutting table where is cut according each style.

After cute the garment goes to the production, after this is finished we have two quality controls, then the garment is sent to the package department, where before pack is made the third quality control, ended this the garment is packed accordingly the EC standard norms and sent to the customer.
