The Company was born in Portugal in the year of 1972, near Almada, in a rented warehouse with 600M2, then with only five workers, and a share capital of 2.992,79 Euros.
The business was growing, therefore we needed to changing facilities, we bought a land with 7.000.M2 in Palmela and started building a new plant with 1.500M2 of covered area this in 1986.
After two years in the new facilities, we enlarged the installations building more 1.500M2 of covered area.
Today the Share capital is of 179.567,24 Euros with 36 employees, still lider in Portugal.
We export to Spain, France, Italy, England, Sweden, Germany, Ireland and Belgium, African Countries (Angola, Cabo Verde e São Tomé e Principe), Brasil, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Fabric arrives at the plant is weight, in order to see if its according to the correct one.
Then we start quilting i.e. we join the three principal raw materials together by sewing the outside fabric with the insulation and lining all three together. After quilting rolls are sent to the cutting table where fabric is cut according each style.
After style cut it goes to production, when assembly is finished we have two quality controls and then the garment is sent to the package department, where before packed a third quality control is done, ended this the garment is packed accordingly the EC standard norms and sent to the customer.
